• Representing a telecommunications/web-hosting company in the leasing of 87,000 square feet of executive office and engineering/lab space located in Medford, MA, and in the leasing of 30,000 square feet of executive office and telecommunications/co-location and web-hostong space located in Philadelphia, PA.

• Representing a national develoment and investment real estate private equity firm as landlord in the leasing of space in its 275,000 square foot office tower located in downtown Boston, MA.

• Representing a specialty paper manufacturer in the leasing of 187,000 square feet of office, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution space located in Muhlenberg, PA.
