Mr. Rowe's financing experience includes:

  • Representing a state teachers retirement pension system making permanent mortgage loans to one of the largest self-managed, public office REITs in the amount of $77,500,000 for the refinancing of a 420,000 square foot office building, and in the amount of $69,000,000 for the refinancing of a 320,000 square foot office building, both located in Reston, Virginia.
  • Representing an investment bank making mortgage loans secured by office and retail properties pooled as commercial mortgaged-backed securities sold in rated securitized conduit pools.
  • Representing an investment advisory company in obtaining a $15,000,000 mortgage loan to refinance a downtown Boston commercial office building. 
  • Representing a mutual fund company in the acquisition of $26,865,000 of tax-exempt revenue bonds issued by a municipal economic development corporation making a mortgage loan to a non-profit healthcare corporation to refinance the  acquisition of land and constructing and equipping of a continuing care facility located in Waterford, Michigan.
